A challenge to everyone to do an astral travel and compare results. See if there are parallels.
Lie down on the floor, use blanket if needed. Close eyes, breathe quietly, without strain. Relax tongue. Think of empty space. Relax tongue. Stop thinking of empty space. Relax tongue. Imagine the touch of grass, or sand, or shin, or wood or cold metal or whatever comes. Then adapt to smell, and taste, and finally sound and vision. See where you are. Now start walking to the nearest place that looks like a passageway.
Investigate that passageway with all the 5 senses. If there is a door, what does the handle look like? If t is a curtain, what is woven in the fabric?
Then, cross.
Report findings.
